1. About the Booocarto Affiliate Program

The Booocarto Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to promote eligible Booocarto products using unique affiliate links, promotional materials, or other tools provided or approved by Booocarto.

When a visitor clicks an affiliate link and completes an eligible purchase within the applicable tracking period, the affiliate may earn a commission according to the terms outlined below.

Participation in the program does not guarantee any specific amount of traffic, sales, commissions, or income. Results may vary depending on your audience, content, traffic, promotional methods, and other factors.

2. Affiliate Commission

Approved affiliates will earn a 25% commission on eligible purchases generated through their affiliate links.

The 25% commission applies to qualifying sales that are correctly tracked and meet the requirements of the affiliate program.

Commissions may not be earned on:

• Cancelled orders
• Refunded orders
• Fraudulent transactions
• Duplicate transactions
• Transactions that cannot be properly attributed to the affiliate

Booocarto reserves the right to reverse or adjust commissions associated with transactions that are later cancelled, refunded, determined to be fraudulent, or found to be ineligible.

3. Cookie Duration and Tracking Period

Booocarto uses affiliate tracking technology to attribute eligible purchases to the appropriate affiliate.

The standard affiliate cookie duration is 30 days.

This means that when a visitor clicks your affiliate link, the referral may be attributed to you for up to 30 days, provided that the applicable tracking cookie remains active and the purchase meets all other program requirements.

If the visitor purchases within the 30-day cookie period and the transaction is otherwise eligible, the affiliate may receive the applicable 25% commission.

Tracking may be affected by browser settings, cookie deletion, privacy tools, ad blockers, device changes, technical issues, or other factors outside Booocarto’s reasonable control.

Booocarto cannot guarantee that every visitor or transaction will be successfully tracked.

4. Minimum Payout Threshold

The minimum payout threshold for the Booocarto Affiliate Program is $50 USD.

Affiliate commissions must reach a minimum confirmed balance of $50 before a payout becomes eligible for processing.

If your balance is below $50, the unpaid commission will remain in your affiliate account and will carry forward until your confirmed balance reaches the minimum payout threshold, subject to these terms and any applicable payment rules.

Booocarto reserves the right to review commissions before payment to ensure that they are valid and eligible.

5. Eligibility

To participate in the Booocarto Affiliate Program, you must:

6. Affiliate Approval

Submitting an application does not automatically make you an approved Booocarto affiliate.

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their promotional activities comply with applicable advertising, consumer protection, privacy, and electronic communications laws.

11. Paid Search and Advertising

Affiliates may not bid on Booocarto’s brand name, trademarks, domain name, or confusingly similar keywords in paid search campaigns without prior written permission from Booocarto.

Affiliates must also avoid advertising practices that mislead users or create confusion regarding whether the affiliate is an official Booocarto representative.

If Booocarto provides specific rules regarding paid advertising, affiliates must follow those rules in addition to these terms.

12. Email Marketing

Affiliate links may not be distributed through spam or unsolicited commercial messages.

If you promote Booocarto by email, you are responsible for ensuring that:

These materials are provided solely for promoting Booocarto through the affiliate program.

Affiliates may not:

• Modify Booocarto’s official logos or trademarks without permission
• Use Booocarto’s promotional materials for unrelated commercial activities
• Sell or license Booocarto promotional materials
• Claim ownership of Booocarto’s marketing materials
• Continue using promotional materials after termination of the affiliate account unless expressly permitted

Booocarto may update or withdraw promotional materials at any time.

15. Intellectual Property

Booocarto and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in their trademarks, logos, website content, product information, images, marketing materials, and other intellectual property.

Participation in the affiliate program does not transfer ownership of any Booocarto intellectual property to an affiliate.

17. Commission Adjustments and Reversals

• Charged back

18. Affiliate Payments

If your balance is below $50, the balance will remain pending and carry forward until the minimum threshold is reached.

Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment and tax information where required.

Booocarto is not responsible for payment delays caused by incorrect payment information, incomplete account information, payment processor issues, banking restrictions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

19. Taxes

Affiliate commissions may constitute taxable income depending on your country or jurisdiction.

You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with any tax obligations applicable to your affiliate earnings.

Booocarto may request tax or identification information when reasonably necessary to process payments or comply with legal requirements.

20. Customer Relationship

Customers who purchase through your affiliate links remain customers of Booocarto.

As an affiliate, you may not:

• Represent yourself as a Booocarto employee
• Make commitments on behalf of Booocarto
• Change our prices or policies
• Promise refunds or special treatment
• Handle customer disputes on behalf of Booocarto
• Enter into agreements on our behalf

If a customer contacts you regarding an order, refund, download, account, or other Booocarto-related issue, you should direct them to the appropriate Booocarto customer support channel.

21. Coupons and Discounts

23. No Earnings Guarantee

Participation in the Booocarto Affiliate Program does not guarantee any specific level of income, sales, traffic, or commissions.

Any earnings examples or performance information provided by Booocarto are for illustrative purposes only and should not be considered a promise or guarantee.

Results vary depending on audience size, traffic, content quality, promotional strategy, and other factors.

24. Independent Relationship

Participation in the Booocarto Affiliate Program does not create an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, or other formal business relationship between you and Booocarto.

You are an independent affiliate.

You do not have authority to make representations, warranties, commitments, or agreements on behalf of Booocarto.

25. Privacy and Data Protection

If you collect personal information from visitors or customers while promoting Booocarto, you are responsible for handling that information in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws.

You should also maintain an appropriate privacy policy for your website or promotional channel when required.

26. Fraud and Abuse

If fraud, abuse, or a reasonable suspicion of such activity is identified, Booocarto may suspend the affiliate account, reverse commissions, withhold unpaid commissions where legally permitted, or terminate participation in the program.

27. Account Suspension or Termination

Either you or Booocarto may terminate participation in the affiliate program.

Booocarto may suspend or terminate an affiliate account if the affiliate:

• Violates these terms
• Uses prohibited promotional methods
• Engages in fraudulent or deceptive activity
• Damages or threatens Booocarto’s reputation
• Provides false or incomplete information
• Violates applicable laws
• Misuses Booocarto’s intellectual property
• Generates traffic or sales through prohibited methods

Upon termination, you must immediately stop using affiliate links, promotional materials, trademarks, logos, and other materials provided by Booocarto unless otherwise authorized.

28. Effect of Termination

After termination of your affiliate account, you will not be eligible to earn commissions from new qualifying transactions.

Previously earned commissions remain subject to verification, refunds, chargebacks, and other applicable adjustments.

Any unpaid commissions may be withheld where legally permitted if the account was terminated due to fraud, abuse, or a material violation of these terms.

29. Changes to the Affiliate Program

Booocarto may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the affiliate program at any time.

This may include changes to:

• The 25% commission rate
• Eligible products
• The 30-day cookie duration
• Tracking methods
• Payment methods
• Attribution rules
• Promotional requirements
• The $50 minimum payout threshold
• Other program features

Continued participation after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

30. Disclaimer

The Booocarto Affiliate Program and related tools are provided on an “as available” basis.

Booocarto does not guarantee that the program, tracking systems, affiliate links, dashboards, or promotional tools will always operate without interruption or errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Booocarto is not responsible for losses resulting from technical failures, tracking errors, internet outages, third-party services, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

31. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Booocarto will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from participation in the affiliate program.

This may include losses related to expected income, expected commissions, traffic, business opportunities, or promotional expenses.
